Your Community-based Pain Education and Management Team
About Us
At Pain Education and Management, we provide a community-based, flexible approach to persistent pain management — helping people access reliable information, practical support and structured programs closer to home.
We understand that living with persistent pain and navigating the healthcare system can be complex. Our approach brings together evidence-informed education, navigation, coaching and access to clinical expertise, while working alongside GPs, treating clinicians and other healthcare providers.
People can engage in different ways depending on what they need. Pain Pal provides an open ecosystem for exploring information, asking questions and accessing support, while Pathways brings selected parts of that ecosystem together into structured programs designed around particular goals, populations and funding pathways.
What We Offer
We provide flexible ways for people living with persistent pain to access reliable information, practical support and structured programs.
Pain Pal
Explore. Learn. Ask. Get support. Find your next step.
Pain Pal is our connected ecosystem of evidence-informed education, practical support, navigation and access to clinicians.
You can explore information at your own pace, listen to educational content, ask Pain Pal questions, access coaching or speak with a clinician.
If you're not sure where to start, our free Navigation Call can help you explore your options and identify a practical next step.
Pathways
Structured journeys towards better health and function.
Pathways bring selected education, coaching and clinical support together into structured programs designed around a particular health goal, population or funding pathway.
Our flagship program, Pathways to Pain Management, is a multidisciplinary program that supports people living with persistent pain in better understanding their pain, actively participating in rehabilitation, and moving towards better health and function.
Funded access may be available through eligible pathways.
