Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will:

• Delete or de-identify personal information where permitted;

• Remove access to the application and associated services; and

• Retain only information we are legally, clinically or professionally required to maintain.

Where records are retained to comply with legal, regulatory, healthcare or professional obligations, those records will continue to be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

(a)      WorkforceIQ Holdings Pty Ltd t/a Pain Education and Management may use personal information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information.
