Pain Management Education (group)

Group Education (including Hybrid)
Our group education stream offers a structured and supportive environment for learning practical strategies to manage chronic pain.
Group Program – Face-to-Face
Delivered over six in-person workshops (3 hours each), this program covers evidence-based topics including pain management, psychological resilience, physical activity, and lifestyle changes. A professional facilitator leads each session and features presentations from practising clinicians. The consistent group setting helps reduce isolation and encourages peer support throughout the journey.
Hybrid Program – Online Group Option
For those who prefer or require online access, our hybrid option delivers the same content via six 1.5-hour online workshops. Clients begin by watching a pre-recorded presentation, then join a live facilitated group session to ask questions, reflect, and discuss the topic in a supportive setting.
Whether face-to-face or online, the group education stream reinforces the key principles of active self-management while creating a shared space for encouragement and learning.
