Online Pain Management Program

Online Pain Management Program

Welcome to Pathways to Pain Management — our flagship chronic pain education and support program.

The program combines allied health consultations with structured learning, helping people living with persistent pain better understand their condition and build practical strategies to improve function and quality of life.

This integrated approach allows you to translate education into real-world changes with the support of experienced clinicians.

The program is delivered through a structured learning journey that you can progress through at your own pace, allowing you to fit learning around your daily life.

How the program works

The program begins with a series of short allied health consultations, supported by structured learning that helps you apply new knowledge and strategies between sessions.

Depending on your needs, these consultations may involve clinicians such as physiotherapists, psychologists, pharmacists, exercise physiologists or other allied health professionals.

Together, the consultations and learning components help you:

  • understand why pain persists

  • identify factors contributing to your pain

  • develop practical self-management strategies

  • rebuild confidence in movement and activity
