Individual Education
Our individual education program offers a flexible and highly personalised path for clients who prefer one-on-one support or are unable to attend a group.
Delivered over seven sessions, clients begin by watching a pre-recorded video presentation — the same content provided in our group workshops. Following each video, clients meet with the presenting clinician in a private 30-minute telehealth session to review key themes and receive tailored advice.
This approach ensures clients receive the same high-quality education while having the flexibility to address individual goals and challenges in a more private setting.
The individual program maintains the same emphasis on active self-management while offering a personalised experience that adapts to each client’s situation, making it ideal for remote access or specialised needs.
