Pathways to Pain Management

Start whenever and however suits you

There's no single right way to begin. Some people like to explore and learn at their own pace. Others want a clear, structured path. We've built both, and they work together.

Pain Pal Ecosystem

Pain Pal - Explore freely.

Pain Pal is our open knowledge ecosystem, containing a library of plain-English articles on pain, sleep, movement, medicines, and more, with audio versions, AI-guided support, and direct connections to our network of pain clinicians when you're ready.

Pathways

Pathways to Pain Management - Follow the program

Pathways brings education, clinical consultations, assessment, coaching, and ongoing support together into one structured program, with each stage building on the last and guided by people who understand persistent pain. Start with the education modules for free, and progress into the full program when you're ready.

Not Sure Where to Start?

When you're living with persistent pain, the hardest part is often just knowing what to do next. Navigation is a free, no-obligation conversation with someone who understands both pain and the system around it — so you don't have to figure it out alone.

Navigation Call

Getting started is simple

Step 1 — Answer a few quick questions. Tell us a little about your situation. It takes a couple of minutes and helps us make your call useful from the first moment.

Step 2 — Have your free navigation call. A relaxed conversation with someone who understands persistent pain. No pressure, no jargon — just a clear picture of where you're at.

Step 3 — Get matched to the right support. That might be the Pathways program, ongoing coaching, our multidisciplinary program, or simply a good place to start reading. The right next step for you — not a one-size-fits-all answer.
