Our Flagship Program

Pathways to Pain Management

A structured multidisciplinary program supporting people living with persistent pain to better understand their pain, actively participate in rehabilitation, and move towards better health and function.

Pathways to Pain Management brings together independent multidisciplinary assessment, evidence-informed education, coaching and clinician-guided support within one coordinated program.

 

The program complements the participant's existing treating team and provides a structured journey from assessment and planning through to active participation in multidisciplinary rehabilitation.
