Our case review offers a personalised non-clinical discussion to better understand your pain experience and identify where additional support may be needed. This session provides high-level guidance on potential next steps, including treatment or support options you may not be accessing — particularly those funded by Medicare. In fact, 55% of the people we review are missing out on at least $300 worth of Medicare subsidies that could support their care. To make the most of your time, we’ll ask you to complete a short questionnaire before your session. This helps us focus the conversation on your needs and goals. After your session, you’ll receive a written report summarising: Potential care or support options Medicare funding opportunities you may be eligible for Relevant fact sheets to support your next steps A copy of the report will also be shared with your GP to ensure they have the information needed to support your care. This is an ideal starting point for anyone living with persistent pain — whether you’re exploring support for the first time or looking to enhance your current plan.
