Pain Tracker

See how things change over time

Pain can affect more than how much something hurts. Pain Tracker gives you a simple way to record your pain, health and daily life and see how things change over time.

What you can record:

Record where you feel pain and what it feels like, alongside changes in your health, wellbeing and daily life. Your progress view brings this information together so you can look back over time and see what’s changing.

Why you'll need to log in:

Pain Tracker creates a personal record that builds over time. To keep your information private and secure, you'll need to log in or create a free account before you start. This also means you can come back at any time and continue your record.

Your information, your choice.

You can choose to share your Pain Tracker information digitally with clinicians supporting your care, or keep it private so only you can see it.
